ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
All booking fees include a processing charge and are non-refundable. Booking fees (excluding processing charge) are transferable to your service balance if your appointment is kept as initially scheduled.
You can reschedule an appointment once within 3 days after booking at no additional charge. Rescheduled appointment must take place within two weeks of initial appointment. Email us to reschedule an appointment during that time frame. After 3 days, if you cancel and wish to reschedule, you forfeit the previous booking fee, and will need to pay an additional booking fee to make another appointment. No shows and those who constantly reschedule will not be able to book future services.
Your hair/locks must be properly washed at most 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Do use a clarifying shampoo, but do not add any conditioners, oils, or moisturizers.
If you arrive after 10 minutes of your appointment time, a $25.00 fee will be automatically added to your service balance. Tardiness may result in the need to reschedule your appointment, should the estimated time of late arrival conflict with another appointment.
Payment for service balance accepted ONLY via Cash and Zelle and expected in full upon completion of service. All fees/prices are firm and are not eligible for discounts.
All appointments booked are for clients only, no guests (including children/pets) allowed. This is a smoke, alcohol, and drug free environment.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are suffering from or caring for a person with a communicable illness (i.e., covid, cold, or flu), when all conditions/symptoms have been cleared for 24-48 hours.
It is also asked that known scalp conditions be treated before coming to your appointment.
The use of your cell phone and laptop creates interruptions and lengthens your appointment time. Please limit calls via video and speaker phone during your appointment.
All appointments must be booked using the online system. Clients are 100% responsible for booking appointments within their scheduled time frame. Appointments outside of your scheduled time frame are considered overdue and should be booked as such. There are no available appointments outside of the listed business hours, so please plan and book accordingly.
If it has been three months or more since your last appointment, a consultation is required before additional appointments can be scheduled.
